Please keep in mind, items that are handmade and not mentioned as ready to ship in the product description, also require additional processing time, exclusive of shipping time, in order to be made in-house in Melbourne. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors which is out of ERA97's control. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

For international orders, the displayed product costs and delivery fees do not include taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery (see below for more information).
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm AEST on the same day, providing that the product is ready to ship and not still in the process of being made (applies to products that are handmade in-house in Melbourne). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

PO BOXES
We do not deliver to PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers. If you enter a PO Box address, your order will not be shipped and we will contact you for an alternative address. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours of contacting you, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Currency conversions are estimates only and the total amount you are charged will depend on the exchange rate and processing fees your bank charges you. Your order total will display in AUD at checkout and all order confirmation emails and invoices will display AUD.
The conversion rate you are charged will be decided by your bank.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by local customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties that apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS
Please note, free shipping thresholds only apply to the order after discount codes have been applied and before shipping costs are added i.e. the amount spent on items in your order (excluding any shipping costs) must exceed our minimum spend in order to qualify for free shipping.
SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
During these times we may be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays. Public holiday information can be found here.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will not be shipped prior to the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Any non pre-order available items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however, we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.
Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise. In some cases we may, in our discretion, allow a short time frame for cancellation of pre-orders.
EDITING ORDERS/ADDRESSES
Customers are able to make order adjustments (such as updating shipping details or adding/removing items and changing sizes) for up to 1 hour after the order has been placed, by emailing customerservice@era97.com. Please note:

Edits made close to our same-day shipping cut-off may result in your order missing the dispatch window and shipping the next business day.

After the 1 hour window has passed, no further changes or cancellations can be accepted, and the order will be processed as originally placed.

We reserve the right to change, shorten, or extend the editing window and to decline or cancel any order amendment or cancellation request at our discretion.
CUSTOMS HOLDS
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date of your item to request a return.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different size, you can return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions (see below). If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order to initiate a return.
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item, unless it is for a faulty item. We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns. Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags and liners attached.

Clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, washing powder or any other stains.

Clothing must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.
Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery.
Please allow 3-7 business days for returns/refunds to be processed once the item(s) have been received.
FAULTY ITEM POLICY
ERA97 is committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the delivery date for inspection. We will review the images provided to assess the item. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer either an an exchange, subject to stock availability or full refund, as well as free return shipping and the replacement item's shipping. If the product is unavailable, store credit will be provided as an alternative. Items reported outside of the 30-day period from the delivery date will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and are not eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund.
EXCHANGES
If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you have the option to exchange it for a different size or item. Return shipping and exchanged item shipping is at your cost. We will send the exchange items to you as soon as your return is processed. Please note that we cannot hold products for exchange. We advise you to send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without any delay. In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit or a refund if desired.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.
Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sale items marked down by 30% or more from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including during promotional events such as EOFY or Black Friday.
